ISO 17100 and 9001:2015 quality audit passed

12/2019: The translation agency STAR Servicios Lingüísticos has renewed its certifications according to the ISO 17100 (quality in translation services) and ISO 9001:2015 (quality management systems) standards.

STAR passed the follow-up audit without any non-conformities. The auditors were very impressed with the quality management system in place and the commitment of the entire team to continuous improvement.
