STAR Servicios Lingüísticos currently has a team of 20 professionals including project managers, translators, linguists, technical writers, terminologists, localisation and quality-management specialists, graphic designers, and IT specialists.

Efficiency and effectiveness

A graduate in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he has 25 years’ experience in the software localization and translation sector, having held positions of responsibility in large multinational groups in this field. He joined STAR in 2012 and in February 2020 he became director of the Group's subsidiary in Barcelona, STAR Servicios Lingüísticos, S. L.

Ester Garcia Llevet, CPO

Experience and quality

A great asset for our team, she graduated with a degree in Translation and Interpreting (Autonomous University of Barcelona) and has more than 20 years of experience in the multilingual communication sector. In that time, she has managed projects and accounts, led production teams and been responsible for business development. Her extensive experience in software translation and her commitment to quality in software localization projects translated into more than 50 languages inspires confidence..

Pamela Núñez, CTO

Inspiration and discipline

She holds degrees in Physics, Mathematics, and Systems Engineering (National Technical University of Quito) and a postgraduate degree in Information Technology Project Management (Polytechnic University of Catalonia). She has been the head of STAR's Information and Communication Technologies Department since 2001. Her extensive experience covers system administration, computational linguistics, multilingual information management, software development and workflow automation. She is a multi-talented professional and a never-ending font of innovative ideas, who guarantees that STAR's information technology infrastructure will always respond to the operating and security requirements our customers demand.
